Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges if the package is sealed. Once the package is opened, we would not be able to offer returns/exchanges. After 7 days since your order is delivered, we won’t be able to offer returns/exchanges.
Goods are subject to availability at the time of the payment. In case we are able to fulfil only a part of your order, then amount for the rest of the order will be refunded to you.
If you find the goods damaged or defective, please click the photos of the package exactly how found it and email it to us on email@example.com. After the query is raised, return/refund shall be in discussion.
If the order is placed through a third-party website (For e.g.: – Amazon or India mart) then we won’t be able to return/refund your order. You will have to contact the website you ordered from.
If you are ordering bulk size quantity, then we would suggest you to first buy samples of the required products to test whether the quality is according to what you need/want or not.
In case of return, you will have to ship the package at the official address of our manufacturing facility. You will have to bear the shipping cost when you return the package.
Please note that we do not allow returns/refunds on discounted items.
Cancellation Policy :
You can cancel your order before it ships from our facility. Once it is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please mention your order number and order date at the time of cancellation process. If the cancellation gets approved, then the payment will be refunded to you.
